Jason joined the Quality Mill team in 2016. Prior to joining Quality Mill Jason spent 23 years in the beverage business, focused on sales and sales operations with PepsiCo Foodservice. Jason brings to Quality Mill his exposure to regular training at PepsiCo Foodservice, including a trained mindset to "own the market" and focus on driving efficiencies to keep costs in check. At PepsiCo Jason served as Sales Operations Manager and as Workplace Key Account Sales Rep. In his previous role, he was directly responsible for managing around 500 customers, including some of the largest accounts in the Great Lakes Region.

He played a key role in developing a new score carding system designed to keep the sales force laser-focused on what's important to Quality Mill customers and their growth.
