Cathy joined the Quality Mill team in January of 2017. Prior to Quality Mill, Cathy spent 22+ years in the cutting tool industry with Sandvik Coromant. With 25+ years of Customer Service Management experience, Cathy comes to Quality Mill with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams that are committed to customer service excellence. She also spent 5 years as Channel Manager for Sandvik Coromant focusing on cultivating key customer and channel relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

As Customer Service Director at Quality Mill, Cathy is responsible for leading, managing and developing the customer service organization to greater performance. Her primary focus will be increase cohesiveness across all QMS location resulting in a unified Customer Service operation. Cathy is involved with several professional organizations including: Women in Manufacturing (WiM), Industrial Supply Association (ISA). She was one of the founding members of ISA's Women Industrial Supply Executives (W.I.S.E.) Network. She served as chair for several subcommittees for the group before being selected to the position of Leadership Chair. Cathy also served as a Board Member for the Industrial Supply Education Foundation from 2013 - 2016.
